Delivery, Collection and Returns

DELIVERY:

Jazz Flowers offers a delivery service in Fulham and Twickenham areas, as well as a few other select postcodes in London. Same-day delivery is available when ordering before 12pm. 

We deliver six days a week, Mon to Sat. If you wish to place a delivery for Sunday, or if you would like to place an order for delivery outside the areas listed below, please call or email and we will try to arrange this for you (020 7736 6353, hello@jazzflowers.co.uk).

Please note that we deliver on Sunday for Mother’s Day. If Valentine’s Day is on a Sunday, we deliver then too.

If the recipient is not at home to receive the delivery, either the order will be left in a safe place, delivered to a neighbour, or returned to the pick-up location and available for the recipient to collect. Please provide us with any delivery instructions in the notes section in Checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time slots for delivery.

COLLECTION:

Online orders can be collected in-store seven days a week during our shop opening times. A same-day collection is available when ordering before 12pm, but please allow at least 3 hours after placing the order before collecting. Please indicate what time you would like to arrange collection, either within the Basket or Checkout pages.

RETURNS:

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate; hello@jazzflowers.co.uk. We also ask that you send us photographs to support your claim. You can expect to receive a reply within 48 hours, but if you do not hear back from us by then, please call; 020 7736 6353. Alternatively, please pop by our shop with the flowers. If the condition of a few certain flowers with an arrangement is unsatisfactory, please do not remove the individual stems from the bouquet as this may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement. We may offer a replacement of the same value or a refund at our discretion. Any approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 7-10 days.
